Springvale Park - Inman Park

Springvale Park Summer - South side

Founded in 1889, Springvale Park is located in the Inman Park neighborhood on either side of Euclid Avenue along Waverly Way - The north side and the south side.  It's a gorgeous newly restored park with a pond, a little hiking trail, and a children's playground.
The park was designed by The Olmsted brothers, who also designed Central Park in New York City, and the famous Biltmore House and Gardens in Asheville, North Carolina.

  1. Hey! Where is the goose? I noticed 2 women carrying her towards DeKalb Ave. On Waverly Way. Is she okay? Did she have to go to the vet? Who knows?

  2. I haven't seen her around for a few days. She's been living down at the park forever and loves to pose for the camera. Hopefully she's OK.

  3. Lucy is back and well, thanks to care from some loving neighbors. She was attacked by the Canada Geese. She will soon have company. Marilyn M.
